How to Use Your eSIM

Follow the steps below to install and activate your eSIM on iOS or Android devices.

📱 iPhone (iOS)

  1. Open Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data).
  2. Tap Add eSIM.
  3. Choose Use QR Code and scan the QR code provided to you.
  4. If needed, select Enter Details Manually and enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code.
  5. Label the plan (example: Travel eSIM).
  6. Set the eSIM as your mobile data line and enable Data Roaming.

🤖 Android

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Network & Internet → SIMs or Mobile Network.
  3. Tap Add eSIM or Download SIM.
  4. Scan the QR Code provided with your purchase.
  5. Confirm the download and installation of the eSIM profile.
  6. Enable the new eSIM and turn on Mobile Data and Data Roaming.
Important Tips
  • Make sure you have a stable Wi-Fi connection when installing the eSIM.
  • Your phone must support eSIM technology.
  • Keep the QR code until the installation is complete.
  • If mobile data does not work, toggle Airplane Mode on and off.
